Q: What are your lead times?
A: Stock items are one (1) business day. If not, all items are 14 days.(for the minimum order quantity). more quantities and complicated packing may take longer days.

Q: Can I place an order on your website?
A: No. You can not place an order directly on our website, but you can email your order direcetly to Adam Dai at adamdaichina@gmail.com
Q: Do you sell other products outside of the urinal screens?
A: Yes. we do, though we mainly do the urinal screens currently, but as a plastic mold injection factory we are developing more items related to the restroom cleaning. we can also supply soap boxes, sugar tank/jar. promotional cups etc. If u have a plastic project please do email us and see if we can help?
Q: Is your catalog viewable on your website?
A: Yes. please visit the "Products" section on our website. this section will be updated with our full range of products in the days to come.
Q: If we want to develop a customized urinal screen, how long it will take?
A: To make a mold will take 15days, plus additional 15days for the production. Generally 30days will be enough for a new urinal screen project. (Exclude the shipping time)
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity requirement?
A: Yes. we do. 3000pcs is the minimum order quantity for each of our product.
Q: What is the additional cost to have our LOGO or SLOGAN imprinted?
A: We do the silk screen printing, the cost depends on the numbers of the colors your LOGO or Slogan contains. for example. one color, 0.015usd/pcs. if 2 colors, then the additional cost is 0.30usd/pcs
Q: How to ship our order?
A: There are normally 3 main ways to ship the order.
1, Through the courier express company. like Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS etc.
2, Through airline company.
3, By sea.
The shipping cost will be given to the client in 1 or 2 business days once the order is ready. and the client choose which way to send.
